If you find yourself in need of returning your product, we have provided the following return allowances.
- Unopened product may be returned within 14 days of receiving your items.
- 10% Restocking fee applied to all returns
- Anticipated refund amount: 100% of product price, minus 10% restocking
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for shipping the returned merchandise.
- All returns must include a copy of your order # or packing slip and an RA# to be acquired by contacting customer service 219-764-1000.
